Build made by this steps:
1. git clone git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu-saucy.git
2. apply patch from comment #149
3. apply manual what does not apply automagically
4. fakeroot debian/rules clean && fakeroot debian/rules binary-headers binary-generic

Nothing modified with config.
Some package did not install (i do not remember which one...).

san@sammie:~ > cat /proc/ioports | grep EC

I use it for an half hour and works fine - it seems.
