I had a look at the logs, but all I was able to find out was that I had an off-by-one error in some of the checks I added that causes them to trigger on full pages in addition to cases which actually cause the problem. As a result I think most if not all of the warnings in your logs are false positives.
Sorry for the mistake. I've fixed that and uploaded a new build, so anyone who has been testing the last one should switch to this one.
