Is the patch already included in 3.13-rc7 from kernel.org?

Because I just installed it and it fixed the overall freeze, plus the USB ports are working now. However if I connect DVI, HDMI, VGA or one of the DPorts to a monitor the system freezes again.

This happens only if the monitor is set to the right port as well, plugging in dport and having monitor set to e.g. vga doesn't do anything.

I am using a brand new Thinkpad X240 with Dock and Kubuntu 13.10. Stock kernel (3.11.0-15-generic) had the same problems + USB wasn't working.)

Everything works if I plug it in directly without the x240 being docked.
