I just tried the 500us fix by compiling the Linux Mint generic kernel with the udelay value changed to 500. This didn't fix the problem for me. Putting my notebook into the docking station while already running still freezes the display. After undocking everything works again.

Connecting an monitor through VGA directly works for me.

Is there any way I can help to fix this problem?
