OK, after a little testing there are still big problems with this. DPMS turned off my screens and then i could not get the DP-Screen on the dock working again.

Now i use my old configuration, mDP->HDMI Adapter and VGA Screen. I noticed the VGA Screen shows as DP2 (T440s has internal DP-VGA converter).

So it lookls like the two DPs on the dock are mapped to DP2 and the HDMI on dock is mapped to DP2 and the VGA is mapped to DP2...
