Satish, thank you for providing the requested information. Just to clarify, could you please provide a click-for-click on what you did when you were installing it?
For example, you had a Windows 7/8 UEFI partition installed first, put CD in, Install Ubuntu, Install Ubuntu alongside them, etc.
