Bug Description
Previously, this USB ISDB-t tuner was working fine with Ubuntu 12.04.3.
I cleanly upgraded to Ubuntu 13.10 and it stopped working: is recognized by the kernel, but when I try to tune a frequency (using vlc or mplayer), it doesn't show anything. Furthermore, scanning with 'scan' and monitoring with femon (dvb-apps) shows 0% signal.
When I downgraded the kernel to 3.9.11 (using Ubuntu PPA packages), it worked fine.
I suspect a regression was introduced in kernel 3.10 in v4l drivers.
