Apparently it was a problem with "Full duplex mode" taht was required for these sound apps ; I wihed thi could have been clearly diagnosed by the sound apps that did not work at the time ; I restored "Full duplex mode" in KDE sound settings et now I can use these sound applications again.

You can drop this bug ; thanks for your help.
