Same problem here since Feisty... Upgraded to Xubuntu Gutsy recently and still have the "Sticky Keys of Death" bug...

I just watched my emails being deleted one by one till I found that my Del key was stucked.....

Some info:
Xubuntu Gutsy
Dell Inspiron 700m
Intel graphic card
IPW2200
Compiz with xgl enabled
