I recommend Michelle. I think she's underrated as a reviver and plus she can heal and shorten harmful/extend beneficial effects which is really handy if combined with Chloe.

Briand's revive is very situational. Depending on whether your team get hit by AOEs, his revive could place you in an a worse position than before. His other skills aren't worth mentioning, but he does have high defence which is good if you're aiming for a tanky team.

I don't have experience using Mekeni and Teon, but I would advice against using them because when I battled them they were really squishy.
