Bug Description

Problem:
Neither horizontal or vertical functionality seem to be working properly on this hardware.
I double checked gnome-control-center for any touchpad setting being disabled.

Running rmmod psmouse;modprobe psmouse didn't seem to enable the scrolling functionality either.

Hi Jeff, what do you get from dmesg when you do 'rmmod psmouse, modprobe psmouse'?
