I created a second test kernel, which can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1195483/

The file names are:
linux-image-3.11.0-12-generic_3.11.0-12.19~lp1195483v2_amd64.deb
linux-image-extra-3.11.0-12-generic_3.11.0-12.19~lp1195483v2_amd64.deb

Can you test this kernel and see if it also has an issue?
