Hello Anthony,
With the latest BIOS (A09) on Dell Inspiron N5425 (12.04.2 + 3.5.0-34 + proprietary video driver),
The previous 4 HIGH error messages are gone.
But fwts V13.08.00 complains about another CRITICAL error:

Critical failures: 1
 method: Detected error 'Type' when evaluating '\_SB_.PCI0.SBRG.ADP1._PCL'.

And the errors in suspend.log remain.
