The RAID 1 partitions broke since kernel 2.6.32-47 ("Continue to wait; or Press S to skip mounting or M for manual recovery") Booting back into 2.6.32-46 the md devices are correctly set up and the system boots normally
PS: still present with 2.6.32-48
