pixolex, as per https://www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/U32U/#support_Download_30 an update is available for your BIOS (208). If you update to this, does it change anything?

As well, once updated, please provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
