I've just found the problem!!!
And the problem is....... THE MODULE: "asus_nb_wmi"
After blacklist the asus_nb_wmi module the "0: asus-wlan: Wireless LAN" is gone from rfkill list and wireless works again!!!
sudo rfkill list all 0: phy0: Wireless LAN Soft blocked: no Hard blocked: no
The collateral damages are that the "Fn" keys are gone also, since this module is for that.
In this mail (http://lwn.net/Articles/429993/) we can read: "I hope this series won't break anything, because there are a lot of change."
Is Mr. Corentin Chary the "father" of this bug?
