It works by following:

- upgrade to 3.8.0-19 -> sound failed
- Boot from 3.8.0-19. verify by 'uname -r'
- reinstall apt-get purge reinstall linux-image-$(uname -r).
- reboot
- Solved!!!! (sound works)
