Comment 47 for bug 1165938

I can confirm that with the saucy daily from 20130910 with kernel 3.11.0-7 the wifi works fine until you change the power mode/use the surface without power.
I'm getting a kernel bug at that point which disables the wifi. plugging the power back i does notsolve the issue.
Also the system hangs on the login screen after booting on battery power.

My temp fix for both problems is to disable the /usr/lib/pm-tools/power.d/usb_bluetooth script,
Anyone having a similar problem or should i file a completely new bug?
