Comment 72 for bug 1163720

Correction: Tested with 3.8.0-32 kernel from raring-proposed on a Toshiba laptop displaying the same problem.
New kernel fixes the issue - on first boot - brightness controls work again.

After suspend - minimum brightness and controls do not work.
