Issue appears on fresh install of 14.04.1.

$ uname -a

$ lsb_release -a

I did not have this issue on a previous install of 14.04.1 x64 on the same machine, using legacy boot and primary ext4 / partition without a separate /boot partition.

I updated my system to EFI and LVM, using a spearate vfat /efi partition with / on a logical volume, and now I see this message at each boot up.
