Hi Alan, Tyson,
I agree, my comment about this issue being a regression is definitely incorrect, and it's some kind of other issue.

However it is interesting that the symptoms I received really were identical to those presented by the original bug.
It sounds like there's a bug somewhere else that ends up trashing the async transfers. Ah well, for now I just know to disconnect the hub if it happens again.
