I re-built the two test kernels. One with commit 3e619d04159be54b3daa0b7036b0ce9e067f4b5d reverted and one without that commit reverted. Both kernels have CONFIG_USB_DEBUG enabled. The kernels can be downloaded from:

@Tim Richardson, you should be able to use these kernels for testing as well, assuming you use the 64 bit kernel. I can also build a 32 bit kernel if needed.
