Sorry, mistyped again. Fixed version:
Device 14cd:6116 with bcdDeice 1.60 doesn't work in Raring. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libatasmart/+bug/1161985
Working fine in 12.04 (Preceise) with stock kernel.

I can test it on both systems, but I don't want to corrupt the data! I have no spare disk at the moment.
