Bug Description
Latest kernel update from Canonical broke my LAN connection, as the kernel did not have the proper driver compiled. Fortunately I was able to enable my wireless connection in order to perform the following steps:
sudo apt-get install build-essential linux-headers-
wget -O- http://
cd compat-
./scripts/
make
sudo make install
And then reboot.
