I tested some versions of "linux-backports-modules-cw-3.3-precise-generic", but no one provided a solution. I don't tested versions from "linux-backports-modules-cw-3.4-precise-generic", because I tested newer kernel versions than the provided backports.
Why should I test compat-wireless, if I test the newest upstream-kernel?
