I will try to capture the oops, but there is no visible crash, it simply freeze, no mouse no keyboard no ssh console. There is no backtrace in kern.log

Christopher, I need some days to do this because this laptop is used in production and it can't be used for test.
I have another vostro 3700 with ubuntu 10.04 that I can update in a few days to do this test.
