I've posted some comments in the Horizon version of this as well, but I'm unable to reproduce this issue even using the lvdisplay method outlined by others.

I'm going to close this out tomorrow unless I hear some new updates from someone. If it comes back up again and we find a way to reliably reproduce it we can open it back up.
