I use the latest devstack and cinder code.
Steps to do:
1. Create a volume vol1.
2. Create a volume snapshot from the volume vol1.
3. Delete the volume snapshot.

The snapshot was unablt to delete. The status of the snapshot is stuck to "deleting". The log shows not error. I hope someone takes a look.
