Hi there,

this does not reoccur in 8.10 beta. You can close this one. Anyway, I reflashed my BIOS and asked Canonical to verify my hardware, to their annoyance. Please do not tell people they have malfunctioning hardware unless you can say what hardware that would be and provide a testing tool from main to verify this, thank you.
