Comment 45 for bug 147639

Based on lak's comment (comment #44) and the fact that people indeed find the issue fixed with 2.6.28 (which was when the driver got officially added to the kernel tree and the line in question has the change already applied) I am marking the task against the linux kernel package itself as invalid.
