Jayson - Its probably easier to just get the specific package and install it (after you've upgraded to -19). For example,

wget http://launchpadlibrarian.net/15177895/linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24-19-generic_2.6.24-19.28ubuntu1_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24-19-generic_2.6.24-19.28ubuntu1_i386.deb

Make sure you get the correct architecture package, i.e., i386 v.s. amd64.
