Just done the upgrade from the 2.6.22-14 kernel and everything went fine, no hang at locales.

Only little thing was kernel 2.6.22-15 got removed, so there's only the new 2.6.24-19 and old 2.6.22-14 kernel now. But this is really minor, i don't think anyone intend to run hardy with kernel 2.6.22-15 anyway.
