As I wrote in my very first post, I tried to remove the -i option of the halt command in the /etc/init.d/halt script. At the time of this first post, it did not work. I've just retried and ... no luck.
Since you seem to have the same hardware config that me and that your Fedora can make WOL works provided some tweak in the networking script, I will try modify some scripts (searching for ifdown commands, try to comment it and have some tests).
