Hi Bob, can you please be very specific. If Firefox was the only program affected and the rest of the desktop kept working then your problems aren't the ones this particular bug is trying to sort out. This bug is about the whole system stopping responding, except perhaps for Alt-SysRq, etc. Thanks.
