Comment 75 for bug 124159

While I haven't tried the noapic solution, definitely resolved my flaky throughput issues with the fixed bitrate <= 11Mbps. I tried different drivers and even attempted to revert to using ndiswrapper.

It would make sense that it's the interrupt controller interaction. I'd like to help fix it, but just don't have the kernel source familiarity. All in time...
