I have Lenovo 3000 N100, running Ubuntu Gutsy, and I have the same issue.

When resuming from hibernate, the CPU fan is "disabled" causing the CPU to overheat and eventually causes the computer to turn off (I guess the CPU just stops working, and thus causing the laptop to turn off).

I don't have other computers to check that this is a laptop only issue or not...

This bug occurs everytime I get back from hibernate (I tried it 4 times since I first noticed it).

In my opinion, this bug is critical since it can cause CPU damage, especially for end-users which don't pay attention to the computer hardware (I noticed it since I have a CPU temperature applet in one of the gnome panels).
