usb_suspend need autosuspend sysfs option

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.20-15-generic

because ubuntu feisty have default option usb_suspend a lot of devices getting broken. There is no possibility tho disable it for a test purpose.
Please add patch from upstream to enable autosuspend option for usbcore module.
