I didn't know that the commands you make with sudo and those under sudo -i session where different

So I done that and... no ameliorations... it's always the same...

# echo ondemand > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
$ cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
1729000
