1. If I saved the Feisty ISO to an NTFS USB drive and burned it to CD
I couldn't boot it on my main PC or in a VM
2. If I saved the Feisty ISO to an NTFS USB drive and burned tried to
boot the ISO I couldn't
3. I downloaded and saved a Dapper ISO to the same drive and did both
steps 1 and 2 above with no problem
4. I finally downloaded the Feisty ISO to the local XFS drive and was
able to boot it into a VM and burn to CD. Then could use Live CD to boot
main PC
5. NOTE - I could also boot and use ALL previous ISOs downloaded into
a VM.
Issue 2 (once I had a usable ISO):
1. Used Live CD, loaded in DVD player, to boot main PC
2. the empty Floppy would spin and finally fail some kind of check
with an error "can't access TTY"
3. Then it tried ata2.01 with 3 failed attempts. "failed to set
xfermode err_mask=0x4"
4. Then tried ata2.00 with a hang. "failed to set xfermode
err_mask=0x40"
5. If I load the Live CD into the CDRW everything boots fine
