This bug is not new and -from what i gather- stricty speaking it is not a
bug of linux (or Vista) it is a bug with cheap (read crappy) modems/routers,
such as my D-Link DSL-502T. It would be nice if they provided us with a
firmware upgrade that supports window scaling.
