I can finally confirm that my USB devices are working.
The devices that are working are 3 usb ports, printer, keyboard , mouse and wacom tablet.
I have also compiled the restricted modules package agianst my modified kernel.
I've attached a diff of the kernel config between non-functioning, and functioning kernel.
