The bug is fixed. You still can't boot a daily build if it doesn't have included the 2.6.20-13 kernel. You can check if the fix is included by checking the cd's manifest:

For example:
feisty-desktop-amd64.manifest
or
feisty-desktop-i386.manifest

It's useless to download the latest image for those that this bug had affected unless you see that in the manifest it is included the 2.6.20-13 kernel.
