Found a permanent solution!

Edit /etc/default/grub
and change the line
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash atkbd.reset"

and run update-grub, reboot and when you press E in grub you will se the entry there.
