i have installed 028B.

i inserted to my menu.lst:

# defoptions acpi_osi=Linux i8042.nomux=1

and the problem seems to be gone.

do you all have the problem https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.22/+bug/123775 too?
