First I think it isn't an xserver bug as I thoght first. Because in the system logs there weren't any "--MARK--" lines.
Also this error didn't happen since the HAL update. I don't if the HAL update fixes this problem or my BIOS flash.
To your questions: It happend totally randomly.

returns only:

about 20times (only the line differs)
