It would have been a pleasure to do so. Unfortunately, the buggy drive was on an HP laptop that died last Saturday (faulty video chip). The waranty expired 2 months ago (the usual story), so it is very unlikely that I will ever get it fixed. Maybe at some point I will try and get the drive out to reuse it somewhere else, but this is not high on my priority list.

I am sorry but I cannot really help on that one anymore.
