Comment 9 for bug 108647

I suppose there was no answer because I was using the nvidia driver and the kernel was tainted.

I've now rebooted and am using the nv driver (but I can't get xinerama to work, so only one display)

I'll post some clean oopses soon, I'm pretty sure.
