Comment 21 for bug 103210

There seem to be two different bugs here. The one which is assigned upstream is related to changing physical location and network speed not returning to normal when one moves back to a higher speed location. This one also seems to be fixed by the iwpriv eth1 set_mode command.

The other one is related to latency and signal to noise ratios, and is not related to moving the laptop nor fixed by the iwpriv work around.
