The are better drivers for Attansic L1 (0x19691048) available on the http://atl1.sourceforge.net/.

There is also another card (found on Asus F5R laptop) called Attansic L2 (0x19692048) and the driver is there:

I got this driver from Attansic
on the atl1-devel mailing list.
