I believe this is a duplicate of bug #65106, for which a workaround have been made at Edgy Eft, just before releasing 6.10.

It make sense you get it because you have a Dual Core:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ stepping 02

Beware, there exist a bug reporting freeze on Dual Core on 6.10.
